All orders are sent overnight to your home or business exclusively through FedEx. All overnight shipping is guaranteed by FedEx so we can provide you the freshest possible lobster and seafood. Please be aware that if your package is impacted by a weather delay the FedEx guarantee will not apply. We ship “deliver without signature” so you do not have to be present when FedEx arrives. We do encourage you to place the box in a cool, dry environment as soon as possible.
Orders ship Monday through Friday for delivery on Tuesday through Saturday. There is an additional $20.00 charge for Saturday delivery which may not be available in all locations. An additional FedEx surcharge will be added to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. All orders must be received by 12:00PM for delivery on the following day. For last minute orders, please call 888-624-6321
All lobster and seafood are packed in styrofoam coolers with frozen gel pack(s) covered with fresh seaweed (seasonal). The styrofoam cooler is packed in a larger corrugated box and sealed tight to guarantee freshness and integrity.
Lucky Catch Lobster guarantees live and intact lobster upon arrival to your home or business. Since we allow FedEx to deliver without someone present, we recommend the you make arrangements for the package to be left in a cool, dry spot away from sun and weather. Lucky Catch will not issue a refund for any order subject to a weather related delivery delay as deemed by FedEx. We do our best to track potential weather delays and will contact the customer with any concerns. Lucky Catch Lobster assumes no responsibility for packages left unattended and we strongly recommend the lobster be prepared the day of arrival. Preparing and consuming lobster beyond the day of arrival is done at your own risk.
