Maine lobster is the first ingredient, straight from Portland. Vegetable & lobster broth simmered with minced lobster, sweet potatoes & red onion. Puréed and finished with hearty pieces of Maine lobster claw, heavy cream, butter & sherry.

Heating Instructions:

  • Keep frozen.
  • Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use.
  • Carefully place bag in pot containing enough boiling water to cover bag by 1″.
  • Simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then carefully remove from water with tongs,
    open bag, and serve.
  • Do not microwave.
