Maine Shrimp, Avocado Pizza

pizza dough or premade pizza crust
2 small cans tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, sliced or crushed
1 lb Maine shrimp meat, deheaded and peeled
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 ripe avocado, sliced
3 oz fresh mozzarella, shredded
2 oz Parmesan, shredded
1 oz Oregano

Crushed Red Pepper

Spread pizza crust with 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, oregano and tomato paste then bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove and add mozzarella, parmesan, avocado, tomatoes and shrimp. (drain shrimp thoroughly by poking several small holes in bag or use colander) add crushed red pepper or black pepper to taste. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes or until shrimp turn white.
